Install Ekiga from https://www.ekiga.org/download-ekiga-binaries-or-source-code.html

Once installed open the program and skip the configuration wizard.

Navigate to Edit->Accounts

 

Then Navigate to Accounts->Add SIP Account

Create a user and fill in the fill in the information following this procedure https://support.meridiantechnicalservice.ca/knowledgebase.php?article=69

Then navigate to Edit->Preferences

And enter the rest of the information from the steps you took to create the user above

You should now be setup,

to dial extensions or numbers use the following format. sip:EXT@YOURDOMAIN.SUFFIX
