STEP 1: Program the PBX

Open SV9100 PCPRO CP20

Enter login information

Click "Connect"

Enter login information (IP, Username and Password)

"Connect"

Download current config

Save current config to file

Navigate to "Filter Options"

Then "IP Phone List"

Select Desired Extension

Go to program 10-05 and select the newly added extension

Add the new IP Phones MAC address into 15-05-04

Enter Nickname

Enable "Protection Service" in 15-05-24

Select "Terminal Type" in 15-05-26

Enter the next "Personal ID Index" in 15-05-27 (the first phone will be 1, the second 2 and so on)

Hit "Apply"

Go to Program 84-22 set the login information in the format #XXX then enter the Password and check "User Id Required"

Apply and Upload

STEP 2: Program the IP PHONE

Once booted hit the "Menu" key

USERNAME "ADMIN"

PASSWORD "6633222"

Navigate to "Network Settings" --> Disable

Navigate to "Network Settings" --> "IP Address" and enter an IP on your subnet. For this example we'll use 10.1.10.109.

Navigate to "Network Settings" --> "Default Gateway" and enter the IP of the VOIP gateway. For this Example we'll use 10.1.10.1

Navigate to "Network Settings" --> "Subnet Mask" and enter your subnet mask. For this example we'll use 255.255.255.0

Return to main menu

Navigate to "SIP Settings" -->"SIP User"-->"User ID"  and Enter the User i.e. ID #XXX

Navigate to "SIP Settings" -->"SIP User"-->"Password"  and Enter the User Password

Navigate to "SIP Settings" -->"SIP User"-->"Extension Number"  and Enter the Extension Number i.e. XXX

Navigate to "SIP Settings" -->"Server Address & URI"-->"First Server Address" and enter the SIP server address. For this Example we'll use 10.1.10.240

Navigate to "SIP Settings" -->"SIP Server Port"-->"First Server Port" and enter the SIP server port. For this Example we'll use 5080.

Exit and save from main menu.

If done correctly the phone should boot in a usable state.
