Program DSS Keys on Panasonic Phones
For phones without soft key displays (Outside Phone)
- Leave the handset in the cradle.
- Press the Program button.
- Press the desired right-hand column programmable feature button.
- Dial "2" then "9 +phone number". (Example: 780 875-3337 would be 297808753337)
- Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button to save it.
- Repeat steps for addition button assignments.
For phones without soft key displays (Internal Extension)
- Leave the handset in the cradle.
- Press the Program button.
- Press the desired right-hand column programmable feature button.
- Dial "1" then "extension number". (Example: 101 would be 1101)
- Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button to save it.
- Repeat steps for addition button assignments.
For phones with soft key displays (Outside Phone)
- Press the button under prog in the display
- Press the button you want to program
- Press the desired right-hand column programmable feature button.
- Dial "2" then "9 +phone number". (Example: 780 875-3337 would be 297808753337)
- After number is entered press enter
- Hang up the phone to exit programming or press another button to be programmed
- Repeat steps for addition button assignments.
For phones with soft key displays (Internal Extension)

Note: If something is already under the button you must press the button under clear in the display until the display is blank. If the button is not programmed for some other function the display will say “not stored” when you press it and you can skip clearing any previous information assigned to that button
