There are two ways to change someone else's password. One method is for them to receive a password reset email, another is to set it manually yourself.

Set another user's voicemail password manually

Select the "Users" button on the top menu.

Select the Name of the extension you would like to change.

Scroll down and find the Change Voicemail Pin, enter in a new voicemail password and click save.

Send a password reset email to another user

Select the "Users" button on the top menu.

Select the Name of the extension you would like to change.

Scroll up and select the "Advanced" tab.

Verify the Email listed is their up-to-date email address, if it is not return to the "Profile" menu and update it first.

If you do not want the old credentials to work, such as a new person is using that extension you should instead check "Automatically send recovery email after password reset" and click "Force Password Reset". They will receive an email to change their web portal password and voicemail password.

Otherwise Select "Send Welcome Email" and they will now receive an email to setup their web portal password and voicemail password.
